The Storyboard Project
We want to find out how we can better plan communities to be inclusive of people with disabilities and/or chronic illness.
This Storyboard Project is to tell your story about what inclusive community means to you and to learn about your community.


Who is it for?



People who live in the Clarence City Council and the Greater Hobart or Gympie Regional Council area WITH disability and/or chronic illness

People 9 years and older (people under 18 will need parental or guardian consent)
Doing the Storyboard

Your Consent
You will first be asked if you have read the Participant Information Sheet and if you understand what is involved. This is giving your consent to the participate.

Follow Up Details
We will ask a couple of questions about contacting you after you have returned the storyboard project. You can answer Yes or No.

The Storyboard Questions
There are 5 questions in the storyboard. The questions are about:

what inclusive community means to you
-
how your community does or doesn't include people with disabilities and/or chronic illness
-
what you would change to make your community more inclusive.
You will have the option to upload images with your answers. We recommend having some pictures ready before you start.
